WOW! What a wedding! A true labor of love from all involved and a beautiful celebration of two incredibly awesome people joining their lives together. The gorgeous bride hand-made almost everything, literally. She used recycled wool suits and sewed, by hand, the complete attire for the groom, the groomsmen, and the ring bearer.  Oh, did I mention she created the dresses for the flower girl?  And repurposed flannel sheets to make robes? She made ALL of the decor, the enormous chandeliers of sparkling mason jars, the table settings, the ceremony altar, the signs, the coffee stand, the hangers, the flowers, and on and on. Even if it looks like it might not have been hand-made, she made it. The party and ceremony spaces were filled with family heirlooms and mementos of those who, unfortunately, could not be there to partake in their joy. Their loving families baked, cooked, decorated, and, of course, celebrated… their hard work made it utterly amazing! The ceremony was overrun with love and passion – he wrote his own heartfelt vows and the bride even sang hers to him. It was magical! It took place during golden hour on the banks of a lake right next to a waterfall. The October weather could not have been more perfect. Their closest friends and family traveled both near and far to eat, drink, and party the night away. Some guests spent the night camping under the stars.

Congrats Megan + Aaron! I am SO thrilled you found each other and invited me to share in your day!

These two are so fantastic – genuinely the sweetest and most laid back couple. Their love runs deep for each other and their family and friends. Their wedding weekend was a team effort and it was obvious they have one of the best teams out there. The day was perfect, fantastic weather, everyone was ready to celebrate them, their love, and their future as husband and wife. They had one of the most unique ceremonies I have had the honor of photographing. Their brothers, sisters, brother-in-laws, and sister-in-laws all read them their vows and commitments. They were the last of siblings to get married and it was so cool to see all of them share in that experience together. Everyone laughed, cried, and cried from laughing so hard. Their Dad’s, MOH and Best Man had the most memorable speeches, and I have heard a lot of speeches! Gallery 13 proved to be a fantastic and unique wedding venue that fit perfectly with the style of the day! Enjoy!

Lindsay + Peder stay awesome always! Thank you!
